Stroke Repository

In 2022, our group began collaborating with Dr. Pennypacker’s team at the UK Neurology Department to develop an application for storing and analyzing stroke proteomics, stroke transcriptomics, and tissue data. The application includes a user-friendly website that allows the research team to upload their data seamlessly. This platform enables comprehensive searches and the creation of specific datasets (cohorts) across all uploaded datasets. By facilitating detailed data analysis and cohort creation, this Stroke Repository supports advanced research efforts, ultimately improving stroke outcomes through enhanced understanding and treatment strategies.
